    Requirements:

    • 3 + years Clinical Negligence experience in private practice
    • Working knowledge of Clinical Negligence work and have the ability to service privately funded cases
    • Handle a caseload of clinical negligence work in line with department strategy with a minimal amount of supervision (although of course full support will be provided)
    • Instructing and communicating with Counsel
    • Draft witness statements and pleadings
    • Have extensive experience in dealing with Clinical Negligence related work
    • Excellent IT Skills -familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills
