    Join Our Team as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
    Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor considering transitioning to a self-employed role? This is your chance to build up your client base and make the move to unlock your earning potential.

    Role Overview:
    As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you will provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products. You will work with leads from brokerages, estate agencies, and other partners, guiding clients through the process to find personalized solutions.
    - Nurture relationships with local estate agencies and expand your network.
    - Transition from an employed position to self-employed, increasing your income.

    Desired Skills and Experience:
    - Must be Cemap Qualified or Equivalent.
    - Proven experience in the industry with an established client base.
    - Ability to generate new business and deliver excellent customer service.
    - Comprehensive knowledge of whole market mortgage and protection products.
    - Preferred local candidates from Wigan, Warrington, or St Helens.
    - Previous estate agency experience or working closely with agents.

    Package Details:
    Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Broker:
    - Earn 68% commission on self-generated leads.
    - Receive 35% commission for introduced leads.
    - Benefit from administrative and compliance support.
    - Office based in St Helens.
    - Opportunities for self-generating leads.

    Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor:
    - Starting salary of £25,000 with additional commission.
    - Receive 25% commission on transactions exceeding £2,500 monthly.
    - Access to administrative and compliance support.
    - Office based in St Helens.
    - Support for self-generating leads.
