Kirkland Associates currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a well established client of ours who are looking for an Internal Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their team.


Graduate Customer Service Executive - The Role:

  • Contacting new and existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Inform customers about promotions and products which may be of interest to them to maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain the database with uptodate customer information
  • Investigate any customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service and gain a working knowledge about their account
