The Role:
As Finance Reporting Manager, you'll oversee the global consolidated month-end close and management accounting through the North American business.

You will have direct management of a team in the US, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Daily communication and collaboration with teams globally are essential for accurate financial reporting.
You will also be responsible for reviewing processes for efficacy and efficiency, improving systems and enhancing data delivery.


About the Candidate:

In leading the global monthly financial close process, the ideal candidate will possess:2-3 years of experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.

Expertise in ExcelStrong financial modelling, analysis and forecasting skillsProven remote leadership abilities and experience in multi-site regional or international operations.

Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)D365 and Blackline knowledge are preferred.

Candidates should be adept problem solvers with excellent critical thinking skills, capable of effectively prioritizing workloads and empowering their teams to excel.

Slough-based, hybrid working available - 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home.
