Contract Litigation Lawyer (with view to permanent)

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented lawyer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance. During this contract period, you will play a key role in supporting our team with the following:

• Conducting legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Drafting legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Assisting with client communication and case preparation.
• Participating in depositions, hearings, and trials (as appropriate).

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen interest in litigation and a desire to build a career in this area.
