Aircraft Engineering Services is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our expanding team in the Airworthiness Review Dept.

Working as part of the Airworthiness Review Team you will be based at Stansted Airport UK and directly report to the Airworthiness Review Manager.

The role will include the day-to-day running of the Airworthiness Review Dept and will involve but not limited to the following list of duties:

• General support to Airworthiness Review Manger
• General support to Airworthiness Review Staff
• Assisting with Airworthiness Review Staff - travel / hotel arrangements
• Airworthiness Review Schedules - updates
• Airworthiness Review Records - administration and upkeep of hard / soft copy records
• Airworthiness Review Records Archive - upkeep
• Dept Weekly Reports
• Dept Projects
  
  

• Ability to work within a team environment but also to deadlines on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills & ability to liaise with multiple Departments (Fluent English required
• Flexibility to travel the Ryanair network when necessary
• Must hold a valid UK/EU passport and clean driving Licence
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change quickly
• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages such as XL , word , outlook
• Able to adapt quickly & learn new IT systems , for the purpose of monitoring Aircraft movements , scheduling & execution of an Airworthiness Review Schedule
• Good organisanal & logistical skills for the purpose of Scheduling Airworthiness Review Staff for Aircraft Airworthiness Physical Surveys
• Attention to detail
