    As the Program Manager for Demand Generation at Siteimprove, you will bring strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a strong project management foundation to our marketing efforts. This position will focus on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of various initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation, conversion rates, and overall pipeline efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our marketing strategies are effectively translated into executable plans, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring that our marketing efforts contribute directly to our strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between various teams, ensuring seamless integration and communication, and leveraging your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that enhance our operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

    What you will be doing

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement global delivery workflow processes for Integrated, ABM and Field campaigns that focus on scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness. Implement and elevate marketing program management methodologies and frameworks, driving standardization in execution by looking for opportunities to integrate and automate processes. Integrate data analytics and dashboard management into strategy development, leveraging insights for informed decision-making and optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Marketing to align marketing strategy to business results. Establish clear processes and communication channels to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. Lead change management efforts to cultivate a project management-oriented culture within the marketing department.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Embrace a test-and-learn approach to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and processes. Implement tools and processes for real-time visibility into project statuses, campaign performance, and operational bottlenecks. Use insights to continuously refine and optimize workflows, processes, and strategies.   • Program Management: Oversee a portfolio of marketing projects, from strategic planning through to execution, ensuring they align with our strategic priorities. Implement governance structures to manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, including agile methodologies and lean principles, where applicable.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for marketing operations, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and achieve financial objectives. Implement cost control measures and optimize resource utilization across projects and campaigns.What we will require of you
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing PMO, or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of driving improvements in pipeline performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and spend efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across different levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.What we will love about you
