Location:
Oxford, OX4 6NL- Hybrid

Job Type:
Contract via umbrella

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension.

The Role:

To support and carry out recruitment activities across the UK, in line with business requirements effectively and efficiently.
To utilise recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
To support the effective and efficient running of the Recruitment and Staffing function.
The role will be expected to perform the following activities, covering permanent, student and post graduate recruitment activity.

Key Area of Responsibility:

Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyse and report on relevant recruitment and selection statistics on an ongoing basis to aid the recommendation of process and efficiency improvements and to demonstrate team adherence to SLA.

Admin: Perform all general administrative tasks related to recruitment to ensure that all business requirements for all UK sites can be met.

SLAs:Ensures delivery in line with Service Level Agreement to ensure quality of service and products are delivered to customers, as well as adherence to agreements and policies

Employment Law and Best Practice:Understand and operate within employment Law legislation and best practice internally and externally to protect company and employees in aspects of data protection, working time regulations, discriminationetc. Also optimise best practice approaches to success of organisation.

Communication:Support regular communication to relevant partners (mainly internal customers) to ensure that recruitment activities, processes and career opportunities are available, accurate and timely
