We are currently recruiting for staff for our
Housing Support Services in
Dundee.

You will work in a vibrant environment with onsite managers and amazing support from colleagues, who all have the same aim; to deliver the best quality care and support.

You will work directly with adults supporting them to participate in activities and develop life skills such as communication, social skills, and ultimately their independence.

We work to meet the needs and agreed outcomes of the people supported, working closely with their family and support teams to provide a person-centred package of care.

This might include assisting with their personal care needs, the management of their household such as budgeting and meal planning or administration of their medication.


Though there can be times the people we support behave in a way you may find challenging, we offer a robust support system to all our staff, with ongoing training, staff supervision, and access to learning and development courses to ensure you can develop your skills and experience.

You will use the best of your personality and skills every day.

From supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities to enabling people to live independently, you will make a real difference.


Hours of work
Current vacancies extend to full time and part time hours.


You will be working various shift patterns including
early, late, sleepover and
nightshift working to meet the needs of the people we support; therefore, full flexibility is essential to be considered further for this role.

You will be required to also work
weekends on a rota basis.

  • Be able to work as a team and work 121 with key individuals
  • Adapt to changeable situations and respond to residents needs
  • Be able to build/develop positive long last relationship with residents
  • Reliable
