My client, a reputable bank is looking to hire an experienced IT network and security engineer.
The ideal candidate will possess certifications such as Palo Alto PCNSA and Cisco CCNA, demonstrating a strong foundation in network and cyber security technologies and have some exposure to VMWARE NSX-T and Defender Endpoint.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security vulnerability management.
Implement and configure Palo Alto and Cisco network security solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support on security best practices.
Monitor network traffic for anomalies and security breaches, taking proactive measures to address issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, continuously improving the organization's security posture.
Qualifications:
Experienced 2nd and 3rd line support across IT network and Security in finance.
Certified Palo Alto PCNSA and Cisco CCNASME across cyber security - Defender endpoint, VMware NSX-T, Zscaler, preview Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
