The role is hybrid, ideally with a couple of days in the central London studio and the rest can be done from home.
The agency works with a variety of clients across commercial, charity and the public sector but involves partnerships with some of the best known names in British media and technology.
What you'll be doing
In this role you'll be joining the UX team working alongside other UX, design, project and technical specialists. Day to day you'll work from discovery and research through to information architecture and wire framing.
You won't be involved in any high fidelity visual design as this is handled by others in the team so this would suit someone that loves UX strategy, client workshops, user interviews and putting together low fidelity design artefacts.
The agency has a wide range of clients, there's a few key projects in flight that you might jump into including a project for one of the worlds best known technology brands.
What experience you'll need
- Ideally some agency experience, familiar with agency projects and working methods.
- Experienced in leading engaging UX Discovery workshops.
- Able to simplifying complex structures into userfriendly sitemaps.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experienced in designing and conducting user research.
- Experience of creating wireframes, user flows, and process flows.
- Capable of helping customers identify and refine their products and services.
- Experience in contributing to proposals, pitches, and tenders.
- Knowledgeable in accessibility standards and committed to WCAG compliance.
