North Lincolnshire IAPT is a well-established service, committed to delivering quality evidence based interventions to people suffering from common mental health problems by a variety of modalities including telephone, video, face to face and computer.

We are a friendly, motivated team, passionate about the wellbeing of our patients and staff and the opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and committed Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our expanding service.


You must have completed an IAPT training course or be in the process of doing so, with linked professional registration with the relevant professional body following training in order to apply.

Anyone without this qualification will not be considered for interview.

The North Lincs IAPT service is based in Scunthorpe.

This role is flexible and will be a mixture of working from the office base, from home, and clinic sites across the locality.

This is not a remote only position. Part time working hours may also be considered


The IAPT Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners play a critical role in helping shape the future direction of the North Lincs IAPT service by delivering high quality evidence-based interventions by telephone, video, computer, or face to face.


Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, as part of an established and enthusiastic team of psychological therapists and liaising closely with other agencies you will assess, plan and implement care for adults with common mental health problems.
