We are hiring and we have a great opportunity for a Head of Product Management with at least 3 years' experience in a technical product-related role.


We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in understanding manufacturing, technical product development, supplier engagement, communication, and coordination.

Alongside the achievement of sustained sales growth, repeatableprofitability, and improved customer satisfaction.


This Head of Product Management role reports into the Managing Director and has the responsibility of directly managing two Product Managers and a Technical Lead.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • to be responsible for product management and developing new products.
- to be responsible for all product assortment, for all categories, for all sales channels.
- to provide product pricing analysis, sales analysis, market data; study future trends to inform all product-related decision-making.
- to be responsible for the product roadmap.
- to create a clear vision on product development and aligning product ranges with the overall market and competitors.
- to work closely with the sales and marketing leads, assisting with implementing the go to market strategy and delivering the sales and profit targets.

Desirable Skills:

  • Technical experience role (this is not for someone who has not worked with technical products previously)
