Providing administration support and general reception cover you need to be friendly and flexible.Good keyboard skills together with an excellent telephone manner are essential as are good interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer care Multi-task at busy reception area Deal with telephone enquiries and use PC software at the same time Deal with enquiries as they present at the desk Estates & Facilities are responsible for the Hospital site from grounds to equipment maintenance.
The Aintree site employs over 1600 staff within Estates & Facilities and the administrative team are key to this.This role will work with colleagues in Medical Engineering, Domestics, Catering, Laundry, Maintenance, Porters and Drivers, Sustainability, Travel and Health & Safety.
