- Holds a full UK driving license.
- Have a strong customer focus.
- Holds a recognised Plastering qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ.
- Has previous experience of working within a repairs & maintenance service, preferably relating to a domestic property portfolio.
- Has excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge and experience and a willingness to apply these attributes to the requirements of the RBH repairs & maintenance service.
- Be comfortable working at heights, using ladders and/or scaffolding as well as working in confined spaces and in a variety of work conditions.
- Be able to manage and plan a varied workload with competing demands.
- Is flexible and able to participate in the emergency repairs call-out service (working outside normal hours as and when required).
- Holiday entitlement – 30 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays, with an additional 5 days after completion of five years' service. Part time employees will receive a pro rata entitlement.
