    Our client is a leading global asset manager, looking for a strong junior with experience in distribution. They are looking for someone with experience in RFP, Marketing and Client Service to join their Client Group.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Your primary responsibilities will include the completion of RFP's for existing and prospective clients globally as well as providing client service and marketing support to the sales team and their clients.
    • You will work in close proximity of the sales and marketing team, updating and assisting with the production of marketing materials for existing and prospective clients across the firm's product range.
    • You will also be responsible for maintaining product and firm information within the RFP database as well as DDQ production, including new business RFPs, on-going regular client DDQs and ad-hoc DDQs.
    • An additional component of the role includes producing high quality and accurate data for RFPs and other client and prospect requests as well as updating external consultant databases.
    • You will be able to collate quantitative data such as portfolio performance, holdings, characteristics and AUM for DDQs, RFPs and ad hoc requests for new business and existing clients.
    • Ability to understand and convey complex and quantitative investment strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years' experience within the asset management industry.
    • Ideally a quantitative background or STEM degree.
    • Degree level education or relevant experience within the industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and impeccable verbal, written and communication abilities.
    • Prior management of the RFP and DDQ process.
    • Strong time-management skills and ability to work in accordance to tight deadlines.
