    As the Head of E-commerce, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the digital strategy and execution for Leading Travel Companies, ensuring the brand's luxury image is consistently reflected across all digital channels while achieving key performance metrics.

    This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, digital marketing expertise, and an understanding of luxury brand dynamics. The Head will lead the team, fostering collaboration between digital and brand marketing teams to deliver a cohesive and effective digital presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Leading Travel Companies' luxury brand identity and business objectives. Lead the digital transformation initiatives, enhancing the digital experience and maximizing lead generation and revenue growth.

    ● Team Management: Oversee a multidisciplinary team of digital marketing professionals, including paid search, social media, display advertising, SEO, email marketing, analytics, and UX/UI design. Ensure the team is highly motivated, performing, and aligned with brand and business goals.

    ● Collaboration and Integration: Foster a culture of collaboration between the digital marketing and brand marketing teams, ensuring a unified approach to digital campaigns, content creation, and brand messaging. Establish clear communication channels, roles, and responsibilities to optimize team synergies and efficiency.

    ● Digital Campaigns and Performance: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. Utilize data analytics to inform strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

    ● Brand Integrity and Creativity: Ensure all digital initiatives reflect the luxury brand image of Leading Travel Companies, balancing creative excellence with performance metrics. Oversee the integration of brand identity, storytelling, and customer experience across digital platforms.

    ● Budget Management: Responsible for the digital marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to achieve optimal ROI. Collaborate with brand marketing on budget planning and management for brand-centric digital campaigns.

    ● Innovation and Market Trends: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technological advancements. Implement innovative strategies and tools to enhance the digital customer journey and competitive positioning of Leading Travel Companies.

    ● Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with company-wide objectives. Report on digital performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.

    ● Product and Platform Development: Collaborate with the product team to keep building technology, reports, and tools applicable and increase the roster of products that the company can serve using its SaaS platform. Oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of our product Neat & Shaken by managing the platform's development, partnerships, and integration into the digital ecosystem, while ensuring global distribution efficiency and financial performance.

    Department Structure: This role reports directly to the Chief Brand Officer (CBO).

    Key Skills:

    ● Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce, preferably in the spirit or consumer goods sectors.

    ● Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

    ● In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and online sales channels.

    ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    ● Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.

    ● Strong project management skills.

    Experience/Qualifications:

    ● Relevant Experience: A strong track record of success in digital marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, preferably within the spirit industry or consumer goods sector. Proven experience in driving digital initiatives, managing e-commerce platforms, and implementing innovative strategies to achieve business growth.

    ● Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, provide guidance, and drive results through effective leadership.

    ● Digital Marketing and E-commerce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing online sales funnels, and implementing effective digital campaigns.

    ● Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Experience in translating market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into actionable plans.

    ● Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, leveraging analytics and insights to make informed decisions, optimize performance, and drive business growth. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, e-commerce metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    ● Business Acumen: Sound business understanding and financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and revenue optimization. Ability to align digital initiatives with financial targets and effectively manage resources.

    ● Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.

    ● Innovation and Adaptability: A mindset for innovation, embracing new technologies, and staying abreast of industry.
