As part of our ongoing expansion, Enterprise has an exciting opportunity for a
Fleet Coordinatorto join our teams for either of our
Shrewsbury, Manchester and Southampton offices.

The successful person could also be homebased/hybrid based


Salary

Hours

  • This is a full time position working 44.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings as required. Monday
  • Friday Shifts are 08:3017:30 and 07:3016:30 and will rotate

  • Shrewsbury, Manchester or Southampton

Training and Development

The training program will be around 10 months.

As you complete each task on the training roadmap you will mark your completion and your understanding and competence in that area will be accredited by one of the team.

Training and development will be ongoing.

Responsibilities


The role will involve learning how to assist customers with vehicle maintenance queries over the phone therefore a customer centric approach is required.

Working alongside our current team of Fleet Coordinators you should be able to check schedules and ensurethey are correct, plan, monitor and pro-actively control all routine maintenance and be able to react quickly to unplanned breakdown events.

You will be required to deploy Scheduled events into our existing network of internal workshops and mobile techniciansand utilize our core external suppliers for any accounts with an SLA in place to have maintenance carried out externally.

Another facet of the job would entail scrutinizing the costs for each job and ensuring the correct costs are allocated for each event.

Qualifications

  • Transport/Fleet Maintenance/Vehicle Rental experience would be necessary.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Admin /experience in Microsoft Office.
