Who are you:
What will you do:
You will support our Customer Operations teams, ensuring we have the right number of Customer Advisors (resource) working to handle the volume of incoming customer calls and resolve our ongoing case load.
This will involve allocating resource and scheduling the rotas of full time and part time members of the team across our varied shift patterns.
Ultimately support and improve our customer experience - via daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis to provide insights into trends and enable accurate forecasting and recommendations.
Career progression:
