- Commercial Director - Highways Division
- Location: Nottingham (Primary focus on projects in the north of England. Candidates don't necessarily need to be based in and around Nottingham)
- Salary/Rate: £100,000 - £120,000/annum + Car allowance, Pension etc.
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for the Highways Division
- Manage contracts, financial aspects, and risks associated with projects
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Lead and motivate a team of commercial professionals
- Drive business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or professional qualifications preferred
- Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles within infrastructure or construction, with focus on highways projects
- Extensive knowledge of contract management, negotiations, and risk assessment
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
