Marketing Executive - Ashford, UK - Pharmaceuticals (hybrid)

We are currently collaborating with an expanding Generics Medicine company who are looking to bring on an exciting candidate to their Marketing team. They are currently in a fantastic growth stage and this coupled with their decades-long high-achieving history, they are one of the top names in this specific part of the pharma industry.

We are looking for someone with skills both in classic marketing approaches such as website-based but also social media skills, preferably from a Life Sciences marketing background.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop effective marketing plans.
• Support the launch of new products in Wholesale and Hospital Channels.
• Manage databases to ensure product information is accurate.
• Utilize social media and website content to enhance corporate messaging.
• Organize and oversee UK and Ireland trade shows and events.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies for product information creation.
• Handle marketing administration tasks including proofreading and report compilation.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and target customers.
• Ensure communications meet regulatory compliance standards.
• Complete Transfer of Values templates accurately and on time.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry (desirable).
• Familiarity with social media management (desirable).
• Brand management and planning experience across various channels.
• Education: HND or degree (or relevant experience).

Other Requirements:

• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Valid Passport for potential European travel.
