Overview

Dartmouth Partners is partnering with a leading FMCG company to fill the role of Global Equity Plans Analyst. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's share plans, integral to their strategy of attracting and retaining top talent worldwide.

The role

You will:

• end-to-end processes for performance-based plans and restricted stock, ensuring adherence to global policies.
• with various internal teams including Global and Country Reward, Finance/Treasury, HR, and external partners for accuracy and compliance.
• processes with third-party providers.
• equity data flow to our internal reward database for comprehensive employee visibility.
• communication efforts to eligible employees and manage the Global Equity mailbox.
• the complete process lifecycle, from monthly contribution reconciliation to annual enrolment.
• with internal and external stakeholders for quarterly vests, purchases, and enrolment.

The experience

You will ideally have some of the following experience:

• Experience in global share plan administration.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, including third-party service providers.
• Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, conveying complex information effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with independent work capabilities.
• Proficient at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, prioritizing to meet strict deadlines.
