    We are seeking a collaborative and innovative leader to join our diverse and inclusive school as Headteacher.

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have experience in effective senior leadership with a deep understanding of how to embed a purposeful and ambitious curriculum for the school.

    They will be self-motivated, ambitious, and fully focused on inspiring our pupils, staff and the extended school community.
    Paddox Primary is a three-form entry school that takes inclusion and belonging seriously.

    This is enhanced by a growing resource provision for children who have Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs as their primary need.

    We have separate onsite facilities for our pupils in Brambles which is our dedicated SEMH resource provision.
    Our recent 'Good' Ofsted inspection in March 2023, reflects our dedication to high-quality teaching and learning. Paddox Primary School is a caring and welcoming learning community. Pupils come from many diverse backgrounds and faiths, but all are fully included in school life. At playtimes and in lessons, pupils follow leaders' high expectations.
