    Description

    AMS is the UK's leading independent supplier of postal mail preparation equipment, offering a wide range of solutions from top industry manufacturers at competitive prices. Products range from envelope and addressing printers, high volume data inkjet printers, inserting, tabbing and labelling machines, poly wrapping systems and direct mail software.

    Formed over 30 years ago, AMS has big plans for future expansion in 2024 and beyond.

    The Role

    By joining AMS, you get the chance to join and be part of something special as we increase our foothold in the mailing and packaging equipment market. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Administrator. This is a highly varied role which requires advanced adobe skills, strong copywriting for both digital and print media, and experience in website management.

    Function

    The function of the Marketing Administrator is to manage the full marketing mix for AMS. The successful candidate will need to support in the preparation of a range of high-quality publicity materials as required which could include, although not exclusively: newsletters, customer communications, advertisements, case studies, company literature, exhibition material and press releases.


    The candidate will be required to provide logistical support for exhibition and conference attendance and other events. They must be able to deliver clear internal communications campaigns as well as external print materials. The candidate will need develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing plan aligned to the wider business activity.
    The candidate will need to manage the website, and utilising social media with weekly updates.

    Other prerequisites include

    ·Daily planning, provisioning and execution of all email marketing and online campaigns

    ·Regularly tracking and reporting on the performance of online and offline marketing campaigns and ROI performance.

    ·Ensuring consistent quality of all online and offline communication for alignment with company branding and legal requirements.

    ·Ensuring all marketing activities deliver a positive ROI in line with company`s revenue and market share targets.

    ·Coordinating the gathering of market intelligence and monitoring competitors` online marketing activities.

    ·Keeping up to date with new digital marketing as well as offline print trends and innovations and identifying new online/offline opportunities for the company`s future marketing plans.

    ·Develop and implement a successful online/offline strategies on all the major platforms.

    ·Ensure all work is completed on time, to budget and to the expected standard

    ·Designing the company brochures for all products in line with the AMS Brand criteria.

    ·Produce relevant, high-quality content to engage with and influence target audiences

    ·Targeting email to potential customers

    ·Daily content writing for PR.

    Key Skills

    ·Conscientious & accurate with good content writing ability

    ·Experience in adobe – some design experience

    ·Minimum of 1 years of marketing experience

    ·Experience with email marketing automation platforms such as MailChimp

    ·Creative and brand strategy development

    ·SEO, PPC, lead generation and digital advertising knowledge

    ·Google Analytics and reporting experience

    ·A good team player with a can do attitude

    ·Creative and brand strategy development

    ·Able to work on own initiative

    What we looking for;

    ·Applicants should be graduates to degree level preferably in a marketing related discipline.

    ·Self-motivated, enthusiastic can-do people with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive.

    ·Previous marketing or sales experience particularly in a B2B environment would be considered a distinct advantage.

    ·Social Media exposure
