You will have the opportunity to be trained on the job whilst working your way towards having your own portfolio of clients and gaining your accounting qualification.

Main duties:

We hire on attitude, and where we will expect some experience, we will mentor/train/support you on duties that you lack experience in, to get you to the level required.

• Provision of support to our Management Accounts team daily by means of fulfilling specified and set tasks
• Assist with the production of cash flow forecasts
• Production of specifically detailed reports from Xero pertaining to each client
• Liaising with Credit Control, Pay & Bill and Accounts Payable teams internally regarding client invoicing and debt queries
• Assisting with the analysis of financials via automated software and highlighting any discrepancies.
• Keying in relevant information into Xero to support the team
• Assist with VAT returns
• Adhoc tasks including additional reporting
• Contribute to various projects, such as automation and improvement of current processes and reports.
