Opening in the Spring of 2023, Skelton Court in Skelton, Saltburn, is our brand new, state of the art, purpose-built facility, which will be the home to 65 residents.

Even though we are opening in spring, there is lots to prepare for, so we will be interviewing immediately and looking at a start date at the end of January/beginning of February.


This is a Monday to Friday role, working 35 hours per week with a Pay rate of £9.90 raising to £10.

90 in April 2023


What will I do and need?

Reporting into the Administrator, responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a professional and secure front of house service, welcoming visitors and acting as a first point of contact.
  • Escalate concerns or issues as appropriate.
  • Comply with CQC essential standards and Anchor procedures.
  • Providing a hospitality service, with teas, coffees and serving food.

Required knowledge & experience:


  • Customer service NVQ2 is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment.
  • Understanding of building security and location policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection within a care setting.
  • Health & safety in the workplace.
  • Understanding of basic food hygiene is desirable but not esseential

Required skills:


  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Well organized with good planning skills.
  • Presentable, approachable and with a friendly personality.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
