    Job Description:


    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to oversee our entire sales operation, build and lead a high-performing team, and drive the development and implementation of sales pipelines and strategies.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to think outside the box and shape the future of our company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the entire sales operation and team
    • Develop and implement sales pipelines and strategies
    • Set and achieve realistic sales goals for yourself and the team
    • Identify and onboard new businesses to sell with us
    • Travel as needed to facilitate the company's natural growth

    Qualifications:

    • Highly experienced in business development and sales
    • Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales approaches
    • Selfmotivated with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Competency with computers and a willingness to learn our bespoke system

    Reporting Structure:


    You will report directly to the Director, providing you with a direct line of communication to drive our sales strategy and growth.

    Our target audience includes businesses of all sizes that hold stock or have assets, regardless of value. This role offers an exciting opportunity to tap into a wide range of industries.
