    Duties andResponsibilities

    • Providingadministration support to multiple departments in thebusiness.
    • Assisting increating work packs and retrieving safedigs.
    • Providing support tothe officemanager.
    • Creating andupdating spreadsheets and documents as and whenrequired.
    • Filing andgeneral administrativesupport.
    • Full trainingwill be provided for the rightcandidate.

    Experience

    • Agood working knowledge of Microsoftoffice.
    • Comfortableworking as part of ateam.
    • Willing to useinitiative whenrequired.
