    This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate with no experience, looking for comprehensive, on-the-job training to step up as a Care Coordinator and begin their career in Care Management

    In your role as a Care Coordinator, you will liaise directly with local Councils, Clients and healthcare professionals to deliver a range of bespoke Live-in care packages.

    This is an office based role but will require travel to meet potential clients in other cities such as London and Birmingham as the department expands.

    Full and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your personal development.
    *Full-time permanent contract

    • Quality management and supervision of staff
    • Compiling weekly rotas for staff and service users
    • Provide 1-1 support to the community where needed.
    • Liaise directly with commissioning authorities as well as service users and clients.
    • Graduate or Care Assistant or Similar
    • Willing to travel in a wide area to meet new clients.
    • Looking to manage a team of carers and deliver bespoke live-in care packages.
    • Valid UK driving licence
