Head of Product Marketing £55k - £65k + Car


A large player within the building and construction market our client are currently looking to recruit a Head of Product Marketing to lead the marketing and communications drive to highlight the full product range to their customers.

You'll be responsiblefor generating exposure and delivering propositions that will deliver sustained sales growth.

Key responsibilities;

  • Formulation of the Product Marketing strategy and plans
  • Overall responsibility for all product marketing activities helping to grow profitable sales across all product categories
  • Effective leadership, management and development of a team of 4 product marketers
  • Identify and work with key strategic suppliers to deliver campaigns that support category growth plans and sales targets
  • Deliver planned product promotions to drive sales
  • Liaise closely with category teams on new product introductions, producing associated marketing collateral
  • Formulation, development and implementation of Own Label strategy
  • Responsible for compliance from a product marketing perspective
  • Create and publish product marketing materials targeted to customers and including effective POS marketing collateral
Required skills;

  • Proven experience within a product marketing role ideally in manufacturing, consumer durables or building and construction.
  • Track record of delivery in product marketing
  • People management and the ability to lead a team
  • Passionate, selfmotivated and high energy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work strategically to realise organisational goals


The role is based in Nottinghamshire and the company employs a flexible hybrid working approach with a requirement to be in the office two days a week.
