- Using considered consultancy skills to provide design recommendations to a technical team
- You'll have a selection of different hats and the luxury of following customer projects from start to release
- Minimum 8 years of experience with hands on experience and architecture preferably in a consulting environment
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Architecture Design and/or Cloud Architectural Patterns for Development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure and their data services
- Programming languages skills: Python, Java, Scala,
- Knowledge of frameworks: Spark/PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Kafka
- Familiarity with tools such as: Jupyter Notebooks, BI Tools
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Relational databases (columnar & row-oriented), Graph databases
- Data pipelining: Azure Data Factory
- Analytics skills: Synapse, Databricks
- A blend of technology, consultancy and emergent management skills
- Previous line-manager experience is a bonus but not essential
- Fluent communication skills in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
