    We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading Supply Chain and Logistics solutions organisation as they have a new job opening for a Tender Specialist to join their Aberdeen team on a permanent basis.

    As the Tender Specialist, you will support the Tender Process on behalf of the Offshore Group and take responsibility for managing tenders from receipt through to final submission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand the scope of work, read RFI's/ITT's, and assist in strategy preparation.
    • Schedule and coordinate various meetings from the kick off meeting to determine strategy and identify wider Tender team, to the final meeting to approve submission.
    • Project manage the compilation of information from various departments to complete business Tenders.
    • Commercial & Technical qualification of all Tenders ensuring risk mitigation.
    • Creation of Tender estimates and cost models.
    • Ensuring that Tenders are delivered within the specified timescales, and delivered to the client in a compliant way.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in Tendering/Commercial environment.
    • Competent in completing the full tender process from ITT receipt through to Contract Award.
    • Proven track record in securing high value contracts.
    • Experience in compiling responses to public procurement tenders in Nuclear and Renewable markets.
