The role specificsEnsure ESG is strategically aligned to the Firm's agendaEstablish an ESG Programme Management Office (PMO) and report all progress to stakeholders with expected benefitsDeliver the ESG Programme Plan - managing risks and ensuring key initiatives are deliveredProject Management of plan once implemented, whilst maintaining all projects and initiatives are achieved to a high standardRole requirements5+ years of relevant work experienceA strong academic recordFormal project management qualification (such as APMQ or MSP)Understanding of ESG principles and frameworks (e.g., CSRD, TCFD, CDP, UN Global Compact, Ecovadis, Modern Slavery, climate disclosures) is preferred, but the ability to quickly learn effectively in this area is what is necessaryExperience of leading business transformation projects, working with both internal and external stakeholdersSignificant track record of end-to-end delivery of projects, including demonstrable experience of shaping complex multi-workstream programmesAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across the Firm at all levels,Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects & resources to strict deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and resourcefulnessBe able to meet responsibilities with minimal direct supervisionRewardThe company offers great opportunities for training and development as well as progression.
