Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for a
Admin Assistant/Customer Service Advisor to work for UK's leading designer & manufacturer of performance metal door systems who are based in the Rumney area of Cardiff.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for accurate maintenance of estimating spreadsheets and records.
  • Reviewing Projects to compare information from different clients.
  • Maintaining Project Folders.
  • Supporting the Estimating team and Sales Office Manager.
  • Communicating with customer for any missing/required information.
  • Checking DFAs against quote prior to processing order.
  • Order/Data Input.
  • Contract reviews.
  • Quote follow ups by phone.
  • Provide cross cover for Commercial department.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am - 2:00pm


Salary:
£20,000 per annum


Skills & Knowledge:


  • Organised and efficient.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player with high level of dedication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages.
  • Time management.
  • Full training will be provided but previous experience of working in a similar role is strongly desired.
