- IT Infrastructure experience (10 years+) would be preferable and also familiarity in the Networks and Teclo space would be helpful.
- They will have in-depth knowledge of their category area including supplier landscape, analysis, performance of key suppliers and emerging risks & trends.
- The Category Team Lead will be required to build and maintain a strong operational network with other Category Team Leads to report, measure and improve on deal execution capability.
- Category Strategies aligned and agreed with business stakeholders. Maintaining relevance through regular review cycles.
- Development of sourcing strategies & negotiation plans.
- The Category Team Lead will deliver, manage and lead team members to conduct end to end Sourcing activity, including requirements scoping, sourcing strategy development, RFX, negotiation and contract execution.
