Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location:
Dunfermline

Salary:
up to £24,500 plus bonus and benefits

Are you a recent graduate? Do you have a sales background and looking to make a move into recruitment? Are you ambitious, confident, driven and willing to work hard for impressive results? Search Dunfermline are continuing to grow We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Professional Services Division's Delivery team.

You will be supported by our experienced leadership team and award winning training programme. This will provide you with everything you need to drive your business forward and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of vacancies on behalf of our clients
Liaise directly with hiring managers and decision makers to fully understand the job specification
Manage the recruitment process: shortlist CV's, arrange and coordinate interviews, offer management etc.
