Scholarship and Student Funding Team Leader - 6 month contract - £175.30 inside IR35 per day

One of loriens leading public sector clients are looking to hire a strong team leader to join their Scholarship and student funding team on a 6 month contract.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Previous experience of line management or supervision of a team, with a demonstrable ability to successfully delegate work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience of using initiative and good judgment to deal with challenging situations.
• High levels of personal integrity.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across boundaries.
• Proven ability to analyse issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Proven organisational skills, with experience of planning own and others' workload to deal with busy periods.

Desirable:

• Experience of change management
• Experience working within a funding body or in a financial administration position
• Experience in training staff
• Experience with creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and/or Access databases (or similar)
