    Randstad are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a specialised Autism school in Leeds.

    The school is dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment for students on the autism spectrum.


    Job Overview:

    As a SEN Teacher in an LD and autism-focused school, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.

    Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the varying needs of students on the autism spectrum.
    Develop and implement Education Care Plans (ECPs) for each student.
    Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to students' education and well-being.
    Work closely with parents and external professionals to provide ongoing support and feedback.
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in Special Education.
    Experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
    Knowledge of autism-specific teaching strategies and interventions.
    Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
