My client is a prestigious law firm with two prominent offices located in Scotland.

The firm are well known for their client base, flexible working where you organise your own week and retention rates within the business.

Position Overview

I'm looking to speak with experienced English real estate solicitors based in Scotland.

Play a pivotal role in the firm, leading the team in Scotland and working closely with the teams in Manchester, Leeds and London.

You will be providing advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects.

About you

An ambitious senior associate looking to take that step up to partner, or a partner already established within the English market and keen to grow a team in Scotland.

A client following would be desirable yet not essential, as the firm have a significant referral base of work coming in and looking for someone to grow this further.

English or dual qualified is essential for the role.
