Construction Planner

Co. Antrim

I am delighted to be working with one of Northern Irelands leading specialist contractors who are seeking for a Senior Construction Planner to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis.


Reporting to the Planning Manager you will

  • Maintain accurate project documentation
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements
  • Prepare detailed project timelines
  • Monitor project progress with as built programmes
  • Assist with EOT claims
  • Play a crucial role in the planning and coordination of various elements, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects.
  • Work with the project team to develop comprehensive phased project programmes
  • Produce marked up drawings relevant to the project phases
  • Assist with the estimating department on project bids
  • Carry out what IF scenarios
  • Other adhoc duties

About you
- +3 years construction planning experience

  • Experience in using Project Planning software
