Description Head Chef at Salford Community Stadium Description Head Chef at Salford Community Stadium We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Head Chef with Heathcote & Co, at Salford Community Stadium.

Large scale banqueting experience to a high culinary standard is essential, while stadium operation experience would be beneficial.
Ensure that quality standards are achieved and maintained and cost targets are achieved.
Ensure the Health & Safety Policy is adhered to at all times, in accordance with current legislation.
Manage stock rotation in all store rooms, fridges and freezers to ensure effective control of food wastage.
Maintain standards of food quality in relation to taste, presentation, and service.

Ensure kitchen is maintained and cleaned to a hygienic standard at all times through the implementation and adherence to cleaning schedules.

Be committed to and promote continual personal professional development, achieved by internal and external training and development.
Administration skills are essential; Ordering Stock, Creating Rotas etc.

Full-time, Permanent, 40-hours contract
