Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, optimizing productivity and identify new products and suppliers. This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
– Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
– Set quality standards and estimate timescales and costs
– Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
– Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production systems and business processes
– Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance
– Oversee inventory management and supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials
– Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
– Oversee supervision of the production line and its staff, ensure targets are met

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:
– Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a food business
– Bachelor's or Master's degree in the related area
– Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
– Sound knowledge of business processes related to production management
– Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
– Fluency in both Chinese and English is required

Salary: £26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
