- We are currently on the hunt for a passionate and devoted leader to join and manage our NEW Residential Children's home in the Worthing area. Our client pride themselves on having a family feel with their staffing team and keeping the young people at the centre of their focus providing every opportunity to allow them to grow and progress into their adult lives.
- At least 1 year in a role that requires the supervision and management of staff working in a social care position (Deputy or Registered Manager)
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (MUST)
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- A Full UK Driving Licence

Do you have previous experience working as a Registered Manager or the Deputy Manager of an Ofsted Registered Children's Home?We are starting a venture in a new location and so need some experienced support to help ensure this home runs at the same level as their flagship home for further growth This does mean that there is always opportunity for growth within the company which is really important to remember
Being specialists in Therapeutic Care for Children and Young People, it is really important that both the management and staffing team are able to communicate well with the young people and help them towards opportunities in further education and career paths as they get older and then transition from Children's Residential.
