Trade Support role with Global Macro Hedge Fund - London Area, United Kingdom - OCR Alpha

We are working with an established global macro hedge fund, as they look to hire for a broad trade support / operations position.

The role itself would work very closely alongside the PM team and have the opportunity to get involved with the full trade lifecycle, and much of the back office tasks are outsourced.

This presents an opportunity to gain experience in a range of asset classes across the macro universe. Coding skills would also be advantageous to help with automation tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background (i.e. a 2:1 or higher in a relevant subject from a reputable university). 1+ years of experience in a similar operations role is advantageous, either from another fund or an investment bank. Excel skills are also highly sought after.

The base salary will likely be around the £65-85k mark with good bonus potential. This is an important hire for the team, so please apply today if you are interested.
