Description
We are looking for an experienced Director-level individual to take on a client-dedicated role within our business, leading an integrated agency team (IAT) which supports a cluster of 30+countries in Western and Eastern Europe. You should have strong client management skills and gravitas, and experience with working across mid-sized and smaller markets in Europe with varying levels of marketing needs.
As a Director, you will be expected to partner with senior client figures across your portfolio, understanding where and how we can help them achieve their business objectives. You will support and empower your team in building solid client relationships, helping them to influence your clients strategically and creatively. You will collaborate with discipline leads, ensuring the team and our offering is putting the client at the centre of our solutions. You will be strong operationally and in driving ways of working, be adept at supporting change management, and have the ability to prioritise in a rapidly moving environment. It's a hands-on role, you'll need to be a strategic leader and willing to dive into the detail. Healthcare experience and modern marketing knowledge is a must. You'll bring proven marketing experience to the team and will understand how digital channels and platforms are influencing the behaviours of health consumers and professionals and creating new opportunities for our client organisations.
