Job responsibilities,

Up to 9 employees HR, Payroll, Training and HR Systems; 1 Security/Reception.
Introduce, implement and manage effective HR strategies and policies to meet business objectives. - Lead and implement any HRIS platforms (including Linkedin, Facebook etc) and internal company Systems). - Plan and control functional budgets. - Co-ordindateCar Fleet - Pool and Management vehicles. - Annual/quarterly/forecast personnel planning. - Lead and advise on employment topics incl.

remuneration, development and effective deployment of personnel to ensure that decisions are made in accordance with company,Group, UK and European regulations and guidelines.

- Contribute to the development of positive industrial relations including Union and Salaried Focus Group negotiations. - Manage provision of occupational health resource. - Build and lead an effective team,develop cross-functional collaboration and commitment and maintain morale. - Lead company initiatives on employee satisfaction (Fluctuation and Absence Management). - Liaison with Group as required, including reporting. - Special tasks as required.

- Complieswith all company policies, procedures and guidelines including company code of conduct, FIRST, IDEAS, health and safety, environment, quality, discipline, grievance and equal opportunities.

8 employees HR, Payroll, Training and HT Systems.

Experience required,

qualification - CIPD preferred At least 5 years in a Senior/Director level position

SAP-HR and Microsoft Office; Payroll, employment law, recruitment and selection, industrial relations. Disitalisation experience for HRIS related programs.
