- Ensure smooth running of the office-dealing with all utilities, orders, suppliers, mails, phone calls, office equipment and ensure that the office is clean and organised at all times.
- Coordinate project activities with project managers and the staff, including managing project timelines and communicating with clients.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing clients, tracking payments and managing the clients relationships.
- Manage Human Resources, including recruiting, hiring and training new staff, managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders and project specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for the construction team.
- Supporting the Director with weekly and monthly tasks such as filing Company House documents, dealing with utility companies for the company and keeping accurate records of financial transactions.
- Act as the first point of contact of our company
