Conduct thorough file audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Analyse performance and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Manage reporting and accountability for high-risk profile cases to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with the firm's systems and protocols.

Implement measures to reduce risk exposure and uphold quality standards.
Analyse data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior management to support decision-making.
Utilise the Proclaim case management system to streamline audit processes, track compliance activities, and maintain accurate records. Experience in file audits or compliance roles is advantageous.
