SENIOR RESEARCH MANAGER
UP TO 48, % BONUS
LONDON (HYBRID)
THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a market research agency that helps clients understand consumer behaviour, develop products, and build stronger brands.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Manage projects endtoend, including signing off on scripts, guiding and coaching juniors, and being handson with data.
- Conduct brand research, including pretesting, trackers, posttesting, brand health, and creating evaluations.
- Be a point of contact to clients
- Manage 2 3 direct reports
- Work on a range of quantitative research projects, including brand engagement, trackers, product innovation, touchpoint mapping, and workshops.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in research.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing client accounts.
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies, including brand engagement, trackers, product innovation, touchpoint mapping, and workshops.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
