The RoleAttracting, interviewing, assessing and inducting potential candidatesEnsuring the client's staffing requirements are always metManaging a temporary workforceResponsible for weekly payroll, costs and KPI reportsResponsible for PPE distribution and managementDaily liaison with client management and candidates poolDaily site attendance checksProviding an out-of-hours telephone service for emergency purposesStrengths & AttributesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf motivated & able to work on own initiativeAbility to problem solve and work under pressureWell organised with excellent attention to detailExcellent time management with a flexible approach to workAbility to liaise with management of all levelsReliability and a committed approach to workCustomer service drivenExperience & RequirementsExperience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage, although training will be providedKnowledge of manufacturing or processing environments an advantageGood IT skills including Word, Excel & OutlookFull driving license is essentialSalary Negotiable, depending on experience
